Nick is an incredibly qualified tutor that strikes a balance between expertise and compassion. Nick is especially well-versed in history, particularly US history and its sub-sets, and written composition. His writing and analysis is top drawer, and is freely elegant and precise. Clearly, both his and the successes of his students stand testament to this. But what separates Nick from any other qualified tutor is his level of care. In this way, Nick marries the mechanical aspects of preparation (e.g. practice, drills, assignments) with individual, personalized plans. By shoring up areas where I was weak and bolstering where I was strong, I comfortably scored a 35 on ACT English, a 5 on AP Lit, and was accepted into various universities.
